Lily had her 15 month check-up early July. She weighs 18.2 lbs. Still so tiny! :) The Doctor and Nurses always make me feel good how complementary they are of Lil -- always impressed with how social and verbal she is... especially this time that she has so many words. One cute thing is all the animal sounds she's making now -- If you ask her what pig says she snorts, what a cow says it's "moo moo", horse is "neigh neigh", etc. If you ask her what a duck says it's "duck duck." :)
We celebrated the 4th at Village Tavern with all the grandparents, listening to the Pops. It was a late night but Lil did good with the fireworks (as long as I held her).
Mom, Dad, Lil & I took a trip to DC to visit Ian and Suzyn and celebrate their birthdays. It was a great (but hot) trip! Lil took her first subway ride, took a boat ride on the Potomac, went to the National Zoo, and had her first carousel ride! Here are some favorite pics.
