Disney World

This trip was so fun and so special.  It was just what I hoped it would be!  It took me back to my childhood in a wonderful way and it was magical for the girls, so both together was just this amazing feeling that's hard to even express.  The girls have already asked to go back (especially C) and I can't say I wouldn't be on board!

A very excited crew, headed out the driveway to Disney!

We made it!!  Port Orleans Riverside hotel.

Exploring our new digs.

Our first night at the hotel... too excited to sleep.

 Day 1 - Magic Kingdom
Headed for Magic Kingdom!!

A MAGICAL moment!!  We entered the gates, turned the corner, and there was Cinderella's castle!
We were at the park early for breakfast at Cinderella's castle so the park was super empty... didn't realize at the time just how amazingly uncrowded it was.

Meeting Cinderella!  A wonderful way to start the trip.

Breakfast with all the princesses!

It's a Small World (trip back in time!).

Loved the carousel!

Rapunzel's tower!!

Waiting her turn at Bippity Boppity Boutique.

Still waiting... ;)

Presenting Princess Lily!

A little princess dab.

C was just a couple months shy of being able to have a makeover at BBB, so Grandma and Grandpa took her for the next best thing... fairy dust at the barber shop.
C requested Grandma get fairy dust too. :)

THE highlight of Charley's trip... meeting Rapunzel!!!  C was star struck.  She did not want to leave... so much so that Rapunzel told her to come back over for one more hug.  C was in heaven!

C did her "I'm excited I just met a princess" boogie after this. :)

Mickey ice cream, just like I loved 25 years ago! :)

Dumbo.

Festival of Fantasy parade.  Wanted to see it, forgot in the business, and stumbled upon it.
Disney magic? ;)

Swiss Family Robinson tree house.

This bug made it til way late in the afternoon.

Teacups with Daddy!

Not a bad way to end our day at MK.

Day 2 - Animal Kingdom
Off on our Safari.

Scored the best table for lunch.  Shade.  Good food.  Craft beer.

Meeting Pocahontas.  A fun surprise on the way out of the park.

Dinner at Rainforest Cafe.

C fell in love with the froggy cup!

King Rhubarb!! (Queen Rosenthal not pictured.)

Day 3 - Epcot
Fun way to start off the day... bagels in Grandma and Grandpa's room and new mermaid Barbies!

Waiting in line for the Frozen ride!

Pluto loved her. :)

Dinner at Coral Reef.

Day 4 - Hollywood Studios
Big hugs before Grandma and Grandpa headed home.
The girls referred to their room as "Grandma and Grandpa's room" the rest of the trip.

Frozen sing along.

Lunch at Hollywood & Vine, meeting all the Disney Jr. folks.

Not huge Handy Manny fans.  Lil called him Bob the Builder, but whatever. ;)

Most excited about Doc!

Disney Jr. Live.

Lil' Mickey.

Day 5 - Magic Kingdom
Monorail on the way back to Magic Kingdom.

Waiting for Enchanted Tales with Belle!

Eagerly awaiting their parts.  They got Chip & Mrs. Potts. :)

Loved meeting Elena.  Lily said "she's JUST like she is in the movie!"

No such thing as too much Carousel.

Had it. :)

Such a fun end to the trip.  Dinner at the Beast's castle!

They took turns leading the way with Lumiere. :)

This sums it up!  We are exhausted but what an amazing trip!

Dancing all the way to the car. :)

Til next time, Disney!
