It hit me looking back at pictures how much we did in July! We started the month with our Summer trip to SPT with Hogan's family, this time for the 4th. The boys did Summer Fun Days at church and Charley did a tennis camp at Barclay Downs. The girls and I volunteered to serve dinner at McCreesh Place, which I've been wanting to do for a long time. Lily had week of sleep away camp at Tekoa with Claire. And of course we celebrated Briggs' birthday. Happy 5 to our train loving, list making, lego building, Frozen singing boy! He was sick on his bday party day, but we got it rescheduled and had a wonderful party on the caboose at the NC Transportation Museum.

| McCreesh Place. Our church brings food and cake once a month as a "birthday party" to celebrate residents. The girls were a little nervous going into it, not knowing what to expect or how we'd be received. They quickly realized everyone was friendly and grateful and they had a wonderful time. They especially loved scooping the ice cream. :) |
