What a (fun) month!  Lily was officially off to school!  The girls started back to cello, Charley started preschool 3's and ballet, we went to Greek Fest and Festival in the park, and topped it off with the girls' first camping trip.  Such a fun kick off to Fall!

Apple picking at Carrigan Farms with Mommy & Grandma.  Tired girls and a long wait for the hay ride made for a rough start, but the girls loved the (tiny) petting zoo and apple picking, and our day turned around!

RV time!

Our camping weekend was truly the best.  The RV was such a fun adventure... we had meals outside at the campsite and  s'mores at night.  We drove the parkway in the RV and stopped at pretty views along the way, and saw several beautiful waterfalls (we were talking about how cool it was this was the first time the girls really saw real waterfalls like these).  We saw sliding rock and even though it was cold there was a pretty steady stream of rock sliders, which the girls loved!  And they loved the "park" at the campground -- an old set of swings (longest chain ever made for THE biggest swing -- they were in heaven!) and old metal slide from probably the 40's.  It was just a wonderful family weekend that I will remember always and hope they do, too.
